Our biometric cashless system enables your daughter to pay for school meals without the need for cash and, in the case of students who qualify for free school meals the free school meal allowance is automatically credited to the student account.

Each student has a biometric image taken of their finger and a photograph which are then stored on the database at the school.

There are different ways to add cash value to the student accounts, which are as follows:

• By cheque to our caterers, Principals Catering.
  Cheques (made payable to 'Principals Caterers') may be sent directly to the school or handed in by your daughter at the start of the week. Your daughter's name and tutor group should be written clearly on the reverse, together with a cheque card guarantee number.


• Via wall mounted loaders which will accept cash.
  These are located in the dining hall and small hall. Students will be able to access the machines in the dining hall from 7.30 a.m. onwards each day.

The system is totally secure and all information is stored in accordance with the data protection act. We are able to provide an audit showing purchases made by your child during the school day.
